Working one-on-one with an experienced teacher can be transformative—helping you establish, refine, or deepen a practice that truly fits your life.

At Path to Calm, Justine offers yoga movement, conscious breathing, meditation and mindfulness instruction, along with wellness mentoring—all tailored to your unique goals. Sessions are available in a private, peaceful studio or online via Zoom for flexible, personalized support.


At you first session you will get to know the instructor, learn about the practices that are offered, set your practice goals and receive instruction that meets your goals as well as home-work for your next session.

Follow up sessions start with a check-in and question and answer period, followed by instruction customized to meet your needs and continue to build your practice.

Follow Up Sessions

To meditate means to go home to yourself. Then you know how to take care of the things that are happening inside you, and you know how to take care of the things that happen around you.
