I’m Justine Andronici, a mindfulness, meditation, breathing, and yoga teacher with more than two decades of personal practice.
My teaching is shaped by a broader, engaged life in law, justice, writing, advocacy, activism and business leadership.
Through Path to Calm, I offer grounded practices to help people pause, reconnect, and meet their lives with greater steadiness and care.
