Our Philosophy and Lineage

At Path to Calm, we believe that the ability to cultivate calm is the foundation for transformative change—on personal, social, and global levels.

The wellness practices we offer are rooted in the ancient Asian traditions of yoga breathing movement and meditation and Buddhist meditation techniques. These traditions and lineages are not ours by birth. However, we do strive to honor them with deep respect and continued study.

Justine’s Background

Justine is a Mindfulness Meditation Instructor certified through the University of California, Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center® and holds multiple certifications in TriYoga®, including yogaflow® (movement), Prana Vidya (the science of breath, energy control, and meditation), pranayama (conscious rhythmic breathing), and dhyana (meditation).

Justine’s personal practice journey began well over 20 years ago. Her commitment to deep study and practice of yoga and meditation and its transformative effects in her life led her to the teaching path. She obtained her first teaching certification, of many to follow, in 2013.

Justine does more than wellness teaching.

She came to more intensive training in meditation and yoga out of necessity - to try to find some balance in a demanding and stressful life as a victim’s rights and social justice attorney and advocate who is specialized in working with with survivors trauma.

Individual Wellness Coaching

Individualized sessions are designed to help you find balance and enhance your daily life through meditation, yoga, and lifestyle practices. 

Enjoy the dedicated time and space you need to focus on self-care, guided by expert instruction. Sessions are available via individual Zoom sessions or in the comfortable, private setting of the Path to Calm Studio, ensuring your path to wellness is relaxing and supportive.

Online Classes

Path to Calm offers regular online classes with Justine and other guest teachers, providing diverse opportunities for learning and growth. Stay updated through our website and social media channels for the latest offerings.

Workshops & Group Sessions

Group workshops, led by Justine Andronici, create supportive environments that promote mindfulness, balance, and healing.

Tailored to meet the unique needs of each group, these sessions offer a collective space to explore meditation, self-care, and wellness practices.

Personalized Retreats

Path to Calm offers customized individual mindfulness, meditation, or yoga retreats in partnership with Sandstone Sanctuary, a serene retreat property in Central Pennsylvania, and also occasionally hosts short 1-2 day retreats in other locations.
